The fastest evaluation we run is a bake-off: your pages, our engines, a field-level accuracy report in one to two days — two at most, including where we lose. It is paid consulting work, scoped and quoted before it starts — not a free trial; only the 15-minute call that scopes it costs nothing. The second fastest route is a pilot on one document type, provisioned from a blueprint, quoted the same way.
The first call is free. The bake-off and the pilot are not: both are consulting engagements, scoped and quoted before anything starts, and billed at our standard day rate. We would rather be straight about that than dress paid work up as a trial.
